Auto-gestion dans les entreprises, alternative à l’austérité ? Rencontre avec Makis Anagnostou (Viome – Grèce)
Depuis 2012, les travailleurs de Viome ont pris en main leur entreprise délaissée par ses patrons. Ils ont réorienté leur production vers les produits de nettoyage domestique biologiques. Aujourd’hui, ils vendent et exportent, malgré les pressions judiciaires, et dans une forme d’organisation et de prise de décisions collective. Un modèle d’alternative concrète et émancipatrice à l’austérité imposée par les pouvoirs socio-économiques.
