L’État belge, malgré les conventions internationales qu’il a ratifié, s’obstine à expulser des hommes, des femmes et des enfants dans des pays ravagés par la guerre, la maladie ou des catastrophes climatiques et environnementales. Il renforce sans cesse sa chasse à l’homme contre les sans-papiers. Enfin, il met des obstacles à la régularisation de sans-papier en s’appuyant sur des critères flous et arbitraires.

Vendredi 20 mars à 18h marchons tous à Bruxelles pour revendiquer la régularisation de tous les sans-papiers, mais aussi pour :

• La fermeture de tous les centres fermés
• La liberté de circulation
• L’arrêt immédiat des expulsions
• L’arrêt de la criminalisation des immigrés sans-papiers
• Le droit d’accès à la formation
• Le stop au racisme de l’État

Tous ensembles, les sans-papiers et leurs groupes de soutien, les associations et les syndicats, les militants ordinaires, les défenseurs des droits de l’Homme, les étudiants et les citoyens ordinaires belges, s’unissent massivement pour dire NON à la politique d’immigration de la Belgique

De Belgische Staat gaat verder met het uitzetten van kinderen, vrouwen en mannen, ondanks internationale overeenkomsten, naar landen in oorlog, en landen waar epidemiën en milieurampen ravages aanrichten. De mensenjacht wordt grimmiger. De migratiepolitiek werpt telkens nieuwe obstakels op tegen een regularisatie van mensen zonder papieren, de criteria voor regularisatie worden vager en willekeuriger.

Op vrijdag 20 maart 2015 komen we op straat in Brussel om de regularisatie te eisen voor alle mensen zonder papieren, maar ook voor :

• De sluiting van alle gesloten centra
• De vrijheid van beweging en vestiging
• De onmiddellijke stopzetting van de uitzettingen
• De onmiddellijke stopzetting van de criminalisering van mensen zonder papieren
• Het recht op vorming en scholing
• Het einde van het Staatsracisme

Mensen zonder papieren, verenigingen en vakbonden, gewone militanten, verdedigers van mensenrechten, studenten en heel gewone belgen komen samen om massaal NEEN te zeggen tegen de belgische migratiepolitiek

Belangrijke mededeling : Noteer alvast !! Volgende afspraak op zondag 3 mei 2015 voor ‘De mars van de 10.000 mensen zonder papieren’, om 14h aan het zuidstation in Brussel !

The Belgian State, despite the international conventions it has ratified, insists on deporting men, women and children in countries ravaged by war, disease or climate and environmental disasters. It constantly strengthens its manhunt against the undocumented. Ultimately, it puts obstacles in the regularisation of undocumented people relying for doing so on vague and arbitrary criteria.

Friday, 20 March at 6 pm. let’s all walk in Brussels to demand the regularisation of all undocumented migrants but also :

• The closure of all detention centres
• Freedom of movement
• The immediate halt to deportations
• Stopping the criminalisation of undocumented immigrants
• The right of access to training
• The end of state racism

All together, the undocumented and their support groups, associations and unions, ordinary activists, defenders of human rights, students and Belgian ordinary citizens let’s unite massively to say NO to the immigration policy of Belgium
