  • From 2008 to 2014, the belgian state has lead a vast investigation aiming at struggles which were multiformal - but always without concessions - and which attacked retention centers, borders, prisons and this world based on authority and exploitation. On the state’s radar : the anarchist library Acrata, some anarchist and anti-authoritarian publications (Hors Service, La Cavale and Tout doit partir), dozens of handouts and posters, around a hundred of actions, attacks and sabotages... in short, various expressions of the struggle against power*.

Initially prosecuted under the charge of "involvment in a terrorist group", it is eventually under the charge of "criminal conspiracy" that 12 comrades have been judged in spring 2019. The court had pronounced then the inadmissibility of proceedings, making all conviction impossible. But the prosecutor decided to appeal this decision and the new trial will now be held on 8 and 9 october this year.

For people willing to keep up to date with the trial, to express their solidarity, to be there in one way or another, an info point will take place both days of the trial, at 8pm, in Acrata**.

For a world without borders and exploitation.
    Against all authority.
    Stick to your guns !
