Nous invitons toutes et tous ceux qui s’opposent au nouveau décret sur l’immigration et la sécurité approuvé par le Sénat italien à nous rejoindre le 14 novembre sur l’esplanade devant la Gare Centrale de Bruxelles.

Nous manifestons contre l’abolition de la protection humanitaire, qui non seulement est une source essentielle de protection des droits de l’homme mais aussi prévue par la Constitution italienne, par le droit international et européen.

Nous sommes opposé.e.s au fait que le principe de non-culpabilité ne s’appliquera pas aux demandeurs.seuses d’asile. Ce dernier point va contre la Constiution italienne.

Nous condamnons la restriction du système Sprar aux bénéficiaires d’une protection internationale, privant les demandeurs.seuses d’asile de la possibilité de bénéficier d’un système vertueux de deuxième accueil visant à leur intégration.

Montrons à l’actuel Gouvernement qu’en Italie, en Belgique et partout en Europe nous sommes nombreux.seuses à combattre pour la mise en place d’un accueil digne et solidaire!

We invite all the people who are against the violent and racist Italian Decree-Law on Immigration and Security to gather on November 14th to take part in a flash mob in front of the Central Station in Brussels.

We are demonstrating against the abolition of humanitarian protection, which is an essential source of protection for fundamental human rights and a legal gateway to the right of asylum provided for in the Italian Constitution and in international and European law.
We are opposed to the fact that the principle of non-culpability, which applies without debate to Italian citizens, will clearly mark an exception for asylum seekers to the limits of constitutionality. They will, in fact, have their asylum application suspended for a conviction at first instance.

We condemn the restriction of the Sprar system to beneficiaries of international protection, depriving asylum seekers of the opportunity to benefit from a virtuous system of second reception aimed at their integration.

Useless extension of the period of detention in hotspots and detention centres for repatriation (CPR), which unjustifiably limits the personal freedom of the migrant.
