Procès contre des anarchistes : rapide retour sur le procès en appel

Ces 8, 9 et 16 octobre 2020 avait lieu le procès en appel à l’encontre de 12 anarchistes poursuivis pour "appartenance à une association de malfaiteurs" ainsi que pour une série d’autres délits.

Seul un inculpé était présent et il a refusé de répondre aux questions posées par le juge.
Le procureur Malagnini a requis des peines plus "sévères" (sic) qu’en première instance. Ces peines demandées vont de 3 à 6 ans de prison ferme "non-amménageables".

Le rendu de jugement sera prononcé le 12 novembre à 14h

    On the 8th, 9th and 16th of october 2020, the appeal trial against 12 anarchists took place in Brussels. They are indicted for "being part of a criminal conspiracy" and a serie of other offenses.

    Only one of the defendants was present and he refused to answer to the judge’s questions.

    The prosecutor Malagnini called for more "strict" (sic) sentences than during the first trial. These are non-flexible prison sentences ranging from 3 to 6 years [depending on the defendants]".

    The verdict will be pronounced on november 12th at 2pm.
